Champlin MN Family Photographer

Ahhh autumn, every photographer’s most favorite time of year here in Minnesota. Pretty sun, not too hot, not too cold, not too many bugs, no snow yet. It’s win win all around and this family’s session at one of my favorite park reserves in the NW Minneapolis suburbs was pure gold. It helps when you have an adorable baby and a cute dog too. This location is perfect for families who want a variety of backgrounds with easy parking and only a little bit of walking into the reserve. Email me today for available dates to have your family photos taken at this stunning location in Champlin!

Another extended family session in the books! This lovely family has me join them at their private property in the western Twin Cities suburbs and the sun and the weather could not have been more cooperative. The toddlers? Maybe a little less cooperative, but I captured those precious little smiles anyway. This session was a gift for grandma, which is one of the main reasons clients come to me for family photography sessions – capturing the generations of your family are so important, especially in these trying times when COVID has forced us to go long stretches of time without seeing our loved ones.

Have a large family you want to capture? Email me today for current openings and we’ll capture those tried and true everyone-looking-at-the-camera-and-smiling photos, as well as smaller family unit images and priceless candid images of everyone interacting and loving on each other.

Loring Park Minneapolis Family Photographer

This family is always so great about making the trek into the city to have their session at a great urban location! We’ve done St. Anthony Main and the Guthrie area; this year we opted for Loring Park in the heart of Minneapolis and it did not disappoint. Cobblestone streets? Check. Brick buildings? Check. Cool bridges? Check. Great Sunsets? Check. This evening + this location had it all! Looking for a family session with some character? Email me today to inquire about current openings for this location, or any of the other great locations I have around Minneapolis and St. Paul for family, senior, and maternity photography sessions.Minneapolis Family Photographer

Plymouth MN Extended Family Session

Extended family sessions don’t have to be boring and stuffy! Grandmas and grandpa and aunties and uncles can live it up with the best of them. I love multi-generational family sessions where we take a little extra time at the end to let loose and have some fun; for this family that meant getting in the water! This setting in the west metro of the Twin Cities offers so many great options for regular and extended family sessions and has tons of free parking (something that can be hard to come by in Minneapolis or St. Paul proper).

Looking to capture your entire gang? Want to gift grandma a family session that she’ll cherish for years to come? Email me today using the CONTACT ME form for current availability. I never charge more for extra people – the more, the merrier!
