What: Fall Mini Sessions 2019! All sessions include both classic portraits as well as candid moments.
When & Where: Two locations and dates to choose from! Pick between an urban or park setting.
1 – A park in the NW Metro, exact location TBD – Saturday, September 28th
2 – North Loop Minneapolis, exact location TBD – Saturday, October, 5th
Cost: $245 dollars for a 20 minute session, includes unlimited images in color and black & white via digital download with print release.
Fine Print: Sessions are available for immediate families only; pets welcome. Includes ability to add prints, canvases, holiday cards, and albums after you’ve seen your gallery.

You guys. I get it. Fall slash winter slash Christmas tree farms are all the rage for holiday cards here in Minnesota. I even do them sometimes myself! But, there is sooooo much to be said about stunning summer photos to share with family and friends in the dead of the cold, cold winter.

This family is rounding out their Grow With Me one year package just in time to welcome baby #2 and I can’t wait to meet the next baby! I don’t list specific info for multi-session packages on my pricing page but I do offer discounts for clients who want to capture their children multiple times throughout the year. Maternity, newborn, 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, and one year sessions are all available – simply pick and choose what you want to include and I’ll do the rest.
This weekend was my first client session back after my December to March hiatus and it was so nice to get back in the swing of things with a family that I’ve had the pleasure of seeing so much these past 12 months. We met at the studio in NE Minneapolis and the rain and gloom of the day couldn’t put a damper on little man’s smile, or fascination with his #1 balloon! Lots of giggles and tickles were had. Some snack and milk breaks were also had (him, not me – although it’s not crazy to think it could have been me, I love milk) and overall we had a blast capturing the joy of being a whole year old. Here’s to big brotherhood, it’ll be here before he knows it!

I’ve been horrible about blogging since the end of last year! For those of you who may not follow me on social media, I took a much needed sabbatical from client work from December through March of this year. In addition to not capturing new client work, I also didn’t blog or keep up my online presence. Fingers crossed it doesn’t kill my Google search engine results – eek! But, if you’re reading this now, chances are you searched for “Minneapolis family photographer” or “Minneapolis photography families” or something along those lines and that, eventually, you made your way to my little corner of the world wide web. So welcome. I’m Rebeccah and, in addition to a ton of outdoor client work, I also have studio sessions from time to time. Here is a session from last November with the sweetest family. Their daughter had the stone-cold face of a trained poker player at the start of our session but, by the end, she shared her perfect little smile and it made my day!

This gorgeous family had outdoor photos taken at the Stone Arch Bridge in Minneapolis in 2017 but opted for studio photos at the end of 2018. I think it was so they could wear their stunning, fancy outfits but, the Minnesota winter might have played a role too – ha! Whether inside or out, the smiles on their faces are priceless and the giggles you get from a toddler after a hard-earned game of peek-a-boo from behind your camera is the sweetest joy in the world. Okay, maybe in the photographer world but, you catch my drift.
