Summer babies are my favorite because we can easily make the house nice and toasty by letting up on the air conditioning and then they sleep like champs. That’s exactly what this sweet second addition to her family did, slept the whole time – even through big brother’s bed jumping fun. Email me today to get on the books for your own luxury newborn photography session from the ease and comfort of your own Twin Cities home; sessions always include solo photos of baby plus posed and candid family images.
Feels odd having to put it out on the World Wide Web that I am a safe place for families and children of all shapes and sizes but, alas, it’s 2024 and there are still some hateful people out there. So, in case your family looks different than what you might see on TV, know that Rebeccah Parks Photography appreciates ALL types of families: single parent families, childfree families, queer families, nonbinary and gender-fluid families, blended families, families with accessibility needs – you name it, I welcome it. The only thing you need to bring with you to your photography session with me is a smile and willingness to be your authentic self.

Imagine having two handsome, smart, kind, accomplished sons – then imagine they graduate college and high school at the same time… two-for-one senior session! I have captured this lovely family of six before but this day was all about their oldest, who is graduating from college, and their second son, who is graduating high school and heading out to college himself. We headed to the Stone Arch Bridge area of downtown Minneapolis, the consummate location for senior, family, and maternity photos in my opinion, and while it was a little chilly, it was a perfect Minnesota spring evening.
Senior boy photography is always a mix of serious faces, and then doing goofy stuff in order to catch that genuine smile. Have a senior of your own in need of photos for this school year or next? Email me to grab your spot today!
We don’t always have 60 degree days in late November but when we do, boy are they wonderful! The park reserve this field is in has undergone some major changes recently but it still has so many amazing spots for family photography session; little pockets of light here and there really are the icing on the cake for portraits. Email today to get on the books!
I have been capturing this family’s photos since they were expecting their first baby boy – and just look at him now! Almost as tall as mom! We have gone all over the metro for sessions over the years, from Baker Park Reserve just west of Plymouth, to the Elm Creek Park Reserve in Champlin and everywhere in between. I can always count on these two to be so much fun. Not pictured here but definitely included in the gallery for mom: fart face photos 😉
